AJA provides support along the journeys of aspiring Jewish athletes, with guidance and financial assistance to athletes. Each year our committee selects Jewish athletes across various sports who are in need of support, who exemplify elite performance both on and off the field. Grants are also made to promising youth athletes whose parents are in need of financial aid to fully support their athletic aspirations.

AJA encourages the growth of the sports ecosystem in both the Israeli and broader Jewish communities. Historically, both have been vastly underrepresented, leading to decreased investment and a diminished ecosystem. AJA seeks to reinvigorate this ecosystem.
